Law Firm & Legal Sector – Best Use of Instagram Awards UK – 2019

Welcome to the Law Firm & Legal Sector Best Use of Instagram Awards 2019.

To submit your Instagram account please fill in the form below and choose the categories you’d like to be considered for. Deadline for submissions is 3rd Nov 2019. It’s free to enter and the awards will be announced 12th November 2019.

We will over the course of one week (4th-10th Nov 2019) be reviewing your Instagram account posts and stories. We’ll also take a look through your previous posts on your profile. We are accepting entries from both individuals working in law firms, law firm’s themselves, barristers and prominent individuals in the legal sector.

Choose a category below and please note the requirements, we will email you to remind you that we’ll be reviewing your account on the 4th November 2019 until the 10th November. The list of criteria that we’ll be looking for is below and there is no minimum or maximum number of posts required during that week. You should be posting within the period stated above to be considered. You can submit to be included in more than one category.

  • Best Law Firm Use of Instagram

Entries are open to any regulated law firm in the UK. Consideration will be given to posts and stories that help explain areas of the law, offer help or advice on current news stories, show social events with staff, show professional events, show an element of fun and offer advice to those looking to get into the legal profession.

  • Best Solicitor/Lawyer (Individual) Use of Instagram

Entries are open to any qualified individual working in the legal sector in the UK. Consideration will be given to posts and stories that help explain areas of the law, offer views and opinions on current news stories, show what life is like working within the legal profession, show posts from your travels, show an element of fun and offer advice to those looking to get into the legal profession.

  • Best Law School/Legal Education Use of Instagram

Entries are open to any law school or further legal education establishment in the UK. Consideration will be given to posts and stories that help explain areas of the law, offer views and opinions on current news stories, show what life is like working within the legal profession, show posts from students, show an element of fun and offer advice to those looking to study or get into the legal profession.

  • Best Individual (Non-qualified) Use of Instagram

Entries are open to any non-qualified individuals working in the legal sector in the UK. Consideration will be given to posts and stories that help explain areas of the law, offer views and opinions on current news stories, show what life is like working within the legal sector, show posts from your travels, show an element of fun and offer advice to those looking to get into the legal profession.

  • Best Barrister Use of Instagram

Entries are open to anyone practising at the Bar in the UK. Consideration will be given to posts and stories that help explain areas of the law, offer views and opinions on current news stories, show what life is like working at the bar, show posts from your travels, show an element of fun and offer advice to those looking to become a barrister.

Judging

The judging panel includes Ben Trott, MD of Marketing Lawyers and an independent solicitor. The judge’s decision is final and will include a reason for the awards.

Shortlist

There will be a shortlist announced for the runners up in each category and the winners will be awarded trophies after the judging has completed. The winners will be announced on the 12th November 2019. Deadline for submissions is 3rd Nov 2019.
