Here’s an overview of our response times based on priority:
Emails
- Standard Priority: Response within 24-48 hours.
- High Priority: Please let us know if your request is high priority, and we’ll aim to respond within 12-24 hours.
- Urgent Priority: For urgent issues, please let us know and we’ll aim to respond or resolve within 6-12 hours. Please note that urgent requests may incur additional costs.
- Website Down: We’ll aim to respond within 1-3 hours. Calling our office and emailing [email protected] is the best way to reach us.
Task Requests
- Included in plan – Response within 24-48 hours. Usually actioned with 2-3 working days.
- Not-Included in plan – Response within 24-48 hours. Tasks will require scoping and a quote and then where possible an ETA will be provided. We will need sign off for tasks not included in your plan.
